At Adair News Media, we believe in accessible information and original, creative content. Below are our core commitments.

Accessibility

• Engaging stories. The only way to keep people informed is to get them to engage with the content in a way that appeals to them. We seek creative and interesting ways to present the news.
• No paywalls. We currently do not have any paid subscription services. We believe paid subscriptions should elevate user experience with added features, not create barriers to accessing critical information that may impact public safety, health, or general awareness of current events.

Accuracy & Context

• Fact-based reporting, distinguished from influenced pieces. Opinion pieces and reviews are clearly labeled as the writer’s opinion. Advertorials and sponsored content are clearly labeled.
• Image authenticity labels. To avoid images that may be misleading to readers, we have implemented an image labeling system to provide context around authenticity and the extent and reason for editing images. No images will be doctored to a degree that compromises its integrity.
• Impact notes. Our editorial team strives to assess and provide additional historical, global or community context that is beneficial to the reader but not necessarily integral to the respective story.
